Shipping Policy
Effective Date: June 19, 2025
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking details.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We currently ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays or holidays.
3. Local Pickup
We offer free local pickup from our store location in Palatka, FL. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and you’ll receive a notification when your order is ready.
4. Shipping Carriers
We primarily use USPS, UPS, or FedEx for delivery. You will receive tracking information via email once your package has been shipped.
5. Order Issues & Lost Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@thingstings.com with your order number. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Please note: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked “delivered” by the carrier.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship internationally. We also do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

Return Policy
Effective Date: June 19, 2025
At Things & Tings LLC, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 3 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

Must include original receipt or proof of purchase

Must be returned within 3 days of receiving your order
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Perishable goods (seasonings, snacks, beverages)

Gift cards

Clearance items

Personalized/custom products

Worn or used clothing
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Email us at info@thingstings.com with your order number and reason for return

Once approved, we will send return instructions
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was a fulfillment error.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If returned for store credit, a digital gift card will be emailed to you.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not process direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original item and place a new order.
